The AOE-L over-excitation rectifier offers rapid excitation, quick acceleration, and braking response, with stable voltage output. It has strong anti-interference capabilities and is compatible with various electromagnetic brakes. It is widely used in machine tools, cranes, and parking garage transmission control systems.

Overexcitation:
During overexcitation, the rectifier will first output a voltage higher than the rated voltage for power supply, and then switch to the rated voltage after 1 second.
Normal braking:
The wiring method is on the AC side (as shown in Figure 1), with the DC switch short-circuited (3 and 4 are configured with a bypass bridge at factory), suitable for situations where the braking time is not important.
Fast braking:
Suitable for situations where rapid braking is required, but the brake will generate a large current noise.
Remove the bypass bridge of the DC switch (3 and 4 are configured with a bypass bridge at factory), and synchronize the DC switch (3 and 4) with the AC side,
that is, when the AC side is energized, the DC switch conducts, and when the AC side is de-energized, the DC switch opens (as shown in Figure 2).
