Operating Precautions
The brake body is made of many soft materials. If it is knocked, dropped, or subjected to excessive force, it may cause scratches and deformation. Please be cautious during operation.
Wires
Do not stretch the wires of the brake forcefully or bend them into sharp angles, nor hold the wires with your hand to lift the brake.
Friction Surfaces
Since it is a dry-type brake, it should be used in a dry state on the friction surface. Do not adhere water, oil, or other substances to the friction surface during operation.
Operating Precautions
Environment
This product is a dry-type brake. If the friction surface gets oil or water, the torque will decrease. If there is a possibility of getting oil, water, or dust, please use a protective cover.
Operating Temperature Range
The operating temperature range is -10°C to +40°C. When using outside this range, please consult our company.
Power Supply Device
Commercial AC 100V or 200V single-phase can be used for the BXW type after full-wave rectification or half-wave rectification. Please choose according to the purpose.
Power Supply Voltage Variation
Excessive power supply voltage variation may affect the performance of the brake. Please control it within the rated voltage ±10%.
Gap Adjustment
The BXW type does not require gap adjustment. The gap of the brake has been adjusted at the factory.
Protective Components
If a power supply device without built-in protective components is used for switching operations on the DC side, please connect the recommended protective components in parallel with the brake. Axis
The tolerance of the shaft is of the h7 grade. The harder the material of the shaft, the worse the effect of the internal hexagonal fastener will be. Therefore, please pay attention to this.
The accuracy of the brake installation surface
Do not allow the coaxiality (X) and the straightness (Y) to exceed the allowable values in the table below.
